You've heard...

Last week, the City of Fort Wayne abruptly terminated its contract with Veo electric scooters via a public press release.

Because scooters (and their riders) are highly controversial, you might be tempted to dismiss this incident as "a classic example of some ne’er-do-wells spoiling it for everyone." But we believe there's more to the story, revealing gaps in Fort Wayne's transportation system.

For a deeper dive, we consulted multiple local news sources and spoke directly with Veo Operations Manager Eric Xayarath (based in Fort Wayne) as well as President & CEO of Downtown Fort Wayne Michael Galbraith.
